I’m going to go LCA in a close one but they will need to play a near perfect game to beat CAL and clean up the penalties and special teams play.

2A vs 3A

My upset game of the week

LCA 41
CAL 35
#5
LCA is great, but someone will have to knock this CAL team off before i pick against them. I would say they are the best team 3A and below. But who knows LCA has pieces. If LCA can open up the run with hensley, then it may be a game coming down to the wire.

Taking CAL 42-28
#6
I’ll take LCA

I think CAL takes this one but it should be a great game.

Wish I could watch this ball game.

I’m gonna take Christian’s from Lexington. They showed me a lot 2 weeks ago. Plus, Louisville doesn’t exist

Very slight edge to CAL just cause they are home. Also LCA might overlook them knowing that the following Friday will be their “holy war” vs Lexington Catholic.

Louisville doesn’t exist huh lol… I guess Lou Central, St X, Trinity, Male with all their combined state championship doesn’t exist either?

I know it was just a scrimmage but Boyle absolutely destroyed Owensboro and Cal beat Owensboro 28-14 and I saw firsthand how good LCA was against Boyle I’ll take LCA by 2-3 TD’S.

That was against Boyle but heard Bryan Station shut down LCA pretty good in there scrimmage so hard to judge common opponents. IMO
#15
Whoever told you that is mistaken. That’s not true. Station won the scrimmage at the end by one score.

LCA played a lot of players that game, many who are not starting so I wouldn’t put much weight in a scrimmage.

Let me clarify, heard BS was all over LCA wide outs, but you are correct can't put much weight into scrimmages or common opponent's.

LCA has been involved in some high octane shootouts this season, and this should be no different. Hodge vs. Boley!!!!

LCA 47
CAL 45

This should be one of the better games in the state by far this Friday.
#20
This game could end 12-6 or 88-86, lol.

Lots of talent on the field in this one.
