Someone decipher for the not so smart person here.

Boyle gave up some big plays but was that the offense of LCA or blown plays that their defense has to fix?

Regardless, that Boyle County speed is ridiculous.
#4
LCA’s line is enormous. Boley had a long time to throw most of the night. LCA is the real deal too. They won’t lose many

Way to go Rebels. Don't even start saying how good the LCA defense is.
#6
Very impressed with both teams. I think that the offensive coordinator of LCA is rediculously good, he just throws so many looks at the defense you have to be VERY good to stop LCA’s offense, BC made some changes at half that slowed LCA down, enough. Congrats rebels. Most likely both these teams win state championships this year, gonna be really hard for any 2A team to beat LCA, but don’t ever count out my cardinals.

Really good game . LCA impressed me , a very good team . This game could've been won by either team. Boyle just made a couple more plays . Congratulations Boyle on a very hard fault win.
#8
Congratulations to Boyle County
#9
Great game for both teams and congrats to Boyle for the win! Adjustments at halftime by Coach Haddix made the difference in the second half of play along with Boyle’s top play makers getting things done when they were needed. LCA was at a disadvantage because of all the cramping up taking place on the field. Boyle didn’t seem to have that problem.
Again, congratulations to Boyle County for the win tonight in the Rebel Bowl.
#10
Congrats to Boyle on the win, two very good teams in a great game I do think Boyle’s defense will improve they definitely have some things to work on but in saying that I don’t think Boyle will see another team this year with as good of an offense as LCA has, hats off to LCA’s offensive coordinator he’s really good.

Congrats to the homestanding chain gang crew. MVPs of the games for Boyle with a couple minutes left. Good "job" on the chains, guys!

What a great game. Two state championship teams on the field tonight. Boley is the real deal! Not often do you see a team put up 625 yards of offense and lose the game by two scores.

Man that’s pretty much what I was gonna say about the LCA Ocord. To be honest, sure I’m gonna get a lot of hate and I would take haddix back in a sec. But on the offensive end, LCA outcoached him. Heck of playing calling for that guy. But boyle is something else. 4 players on O can break loose anytime.

Boyle's offense only had the ball for 18 mins while LCA had it for 30. LCA offensive coordinator is good but Haddix didn't have his offense on the field much. Demauriah Brown is the real deal on both sides of the ball. Him, Quisenberry and Bodner are so tough. Boyle has some work to do in the secondary for sure. One spot for sure in the secondary has to be replaced. Teams will continue to give Boyle a short field because they are scared to kick it deep to Brown and Quisenberry. 2 of the best Juniors in the State!

Great game. It was pretty evenly matched. I think the difference was the LCA players wore down in the second half and cramped up a lot.

Without a doubt, Boyle County wore down the LCA offense in the second half. Great win for Boyle over a very good LCA team.

Boyle won by 9. And there's no guarantee LCA scores there. Sour grapes.

LCA probably wins that game if they get those two inches(which they probably did) with a couple minutes left. They probably score with less than a minute left, maybe less.

Boyle would have likely never gotten the ball back, hotshot. Or, if so, would have had very little to work with. Even the Boyle announce crew indicated the chain crew was gonna get heat from the LCA sideline when they went back over there. Took them forever to get out to the field to measure. Homecooking... If that game's played at Lexington(or Corbin), Boyle loses!
#21
Maybe Brown or Quisenberry gets an interception if LCA’s awarded the first down. As another poster’s already pointed out, we can’t talk about LCA’s defense and Boyle did score 2 more TDs after the measurement in a very short amount of time. So even if LCA scores & goes ahead the way the game was going at that point Boyle likely wouldn’t have needed much time to score again to regain the lead in this scenario. LCA’s defense spent a good part of the 2nd half rolling around on the ground with cramps

Old School Hound. We don’t want Boyle or LCA. Boley would break records against our secondary. Quissenberry and Brown would score at will on the outside as well. Relax. Hahaha. You are makin yourself look like you may be Tommy Greer writing such nonsense.

Let’s play out the season. Lex Cath, Johnson Central, Douglas will come soon enuf. Only game we won is the 343 ranked team in Ohio.

You don't like Tommy's secondary ? Hounds can't compete against mighty Boyle?

As I said. Relax. We don’t want that smoke. Or that speed. The hounds have 2 d1 fball players and a baseball player. Mighty Boyle has 6-7. Lex Cath has 3/4. Oh, and mighty Boyles are juniors and freshman. Not 5th year seniors from Connecticut

Typical. Our hounds are the best. But the last trophy we held was in the early 80s. This acct is now on the radar as Hart, Greer, Foley, or Cox.

What exactly to you think the chain gang did?  How did walking slowly out to the ball affect anything?  The officials grab the chain where ever the clip is at the they take it out to the ball with the chain crew and then had the sticks to the officials.  The officials decide how fast they run out there.  Sometimes they job, and sometimes they walk.  But what difference would that make anyway.  The chain won't stretch.....and it won't constrict. (That means shorten).

From where I was sitting it looked like they got it but when the chain crew got over to the ball, it wasn't close honestly. Well short of the 1st down by a foot or more..

Did you like the call on the 4th and 2 or would you have put the ball in the breadbasket of Hensley?
#30
Why would you not give it to Hensley???? Plus Boley was having "hand" problems a lot of the night. Can you get a cramp in your hand??
