Danville Christian 55 Corbin 51
#1
One day knocks off very possibly the best team in TN, next week drops one to danville christian. What’s the tale on corbin? Yes danville christian is above avg, but not on Knox Catholic level. undefeated at home, 2-3 outside of the corbin city limits. just curious what the thoughts are on this one?

I just don’t understand how the hounds win most of all home games but go on the road and start losing. Head scratcher…

DCA is a decent team but I am not at all surprised at this. Kinda expected it. Just like I expect they'll play Trinity tough and thn lose a 13th straight loss to South next week. It's not brain surgery. It very predictable.

Still they don’t hold anything in comparison to what corbin has handled the last two weeks. Corbin has a solid inside presence with length and strength but what were you predicting when you think a team that beats knox cath can lose to a team that loses to garrard at home?

guessing that home hound advantage must be unimaginable

So inside your head, the only team who has an advantage at home is Corbin? DCA sure couldn’t have an advantage at home. They also had 2 players who were 6’8. In HS that’s a big advantage.

If you are insinuating officiating, the KnoxCath-Corbin game was pretty well called. No clear bias. I've seen more Corbin basketball games in 50 yrs. than anyone on this board and I can definitely say that the wild claims of unabashed cheating at Corbin is utter hogwash.  Now, Keith at Clay back in the day had the refs in his pocketbut Tony P. is no Bob Keith. I've seen some horribly called games at Corbin in the Hounds' disfavor.  I hope people keep buying into this myth, though. It gives Corbin a big psychological advantage.

After 5 day being my #1 team in 13th . Corbin shoot a air ball……….back to 4th or 5th.
