Corbin way too low, imo.   Will you give the Hounds some love when they win at Wburg this week and then beat Miami Southridge next week?

Middlesboro scored  90  against Williamsburg  and 32  against Corbin.  Corbin has one of the top guards in the region in Llewellyn(21.8 ppg in 2021)  and  five guys than can go double digits in scoring every time out.

 Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing the Jackets. Corbin beat them by an average of 18 points in two games last year. The Roark kid for the 'Burg is really good.   Corbin's footballers are still in the process of rounding into basketball form. Even still, Stewart, Wells, and Pietrowski have already posted double digit scoring efforts. Corbin has some great athletes and plays better defense. I look for the Hounds to win but it has potential to be a good one.

I remember my boys transitioning from football to basketball. LOL!!!! If a little point guard blew by them, they would just put out an arm and clothes line them.

Well when was the last time wells shot a basketball, big difference from running back kicks and int returns, can’t lead with your shoulder and stiff arm on the court.

Didn’t lynn camp lose to bell pretty handly? I think i would have all three schools in bell county over lynn camp right now. South over corbin til they play. JMO Haven’t watch clay or jackson yet.

No excuse for corbin to lose by this much, and be down by a significant amount the entire game, but barren isn’t a bad basketball team. Yes they got killed by the number one team in the state, but other than that have looked competitive in my opinion and would be a solid 1-3 team in this region. I think this makes corbin a better team because it’s something to take and learn from rather than the dominance they have showed.

Definitely 12 in a row for South Laurel, the last time Corbin won this matchup was March of 2018. With all of the talent Corbin has thought on that team, this may be the year the streak is broken. Jeff Davis is arguably best coach in the region though and will have something to say about that. Either way, it will be interesting see how it plays out.
