I don’t know how much they pay the football coach but probably not a whole lot off of that average and I wouldn’t think it was double. High school football coaches frequently earn more than $80,000

A High school football coach makes about 10,000 for coaching, teaching not included but not sure how much teachers make.
I’m sure Rhymer made more than 40,000 a year total.

Can't think of any remaining Corbin assistant coaches outside of Mills and Elam who would have any desire to become a head coach. I will admit, you are much closer to the Corbin program than I am. Guess we will find out soon enough.
no way jody gets it what has he ever done..
No it isn't.

Rhymer took a job in TN. I’d say he’s probably out of the running at this point.

So now will Mauser now be hired? Are they going down the list until someone takes the job?
01-24-2022, 12:56 PM
:woah: From what I heard you had three coaches from the North MS/HS staff, a Knox Co Coach, Corbin Coach (not Mills or Elam. I think Mouser? But could be totally wrong) and a Cumberlands coach that was at South Laurel for a season before going to Cumberland?

zero chance .. will be someone with hc experience that's been out of the loop for awhile

Was Rhymer also at South Laurel for a season? Whether it was a hc or assistant there? Or another on the UC staff?
North had three current assistants apply.
One Corbin coach and one Knox central coach applied too that we’re getting interviews.
