After two overtimes, Boyd outscored Rowan 5-3 in shootout kicks for the win in Morehead.

The Lions (18-2) won their second ever Regional title, and will travel to Lawrence Co. (15-2-0) next week for the first round Semi-state game.

Making the All-Tournament team for the finalists:

Boyd County -
• Rylan Kaelin, MVP
• Grant Chaffin
• Aiden McCoy
• JB Terrill

Rowan County -
• Chase Alderman
• Riley Hutchinson
• Aaron Smart

I think Boyd County will play either Perry Central or Estill County.
