Letcher has as a lot of money backing them And the kids are well took care of. The coach has unlimited resources and by all accounts is wonderful to the kids. With that being said there is a lot of head scratching positional decision made. A lot of it has to do with them not wanting to play anyone both ways which is fine if you are huge school loaded with 100 talented kids. A school like Letcher needs to play there best 5 or 6 players both ways at the very minimum. We have great defensive players that don’t play defense because they start on offensive line and some of the best O lineman never play on offense because they start on defense. It’s really hard to try to ply 30+ kids when you only dress 43. There will be a big drop off in certain positions.

If Carson Adams was my on my team, the kid would take every snap. He's a good powerful runner and throws the bell well enough to win you games. Most importantly, kid seems like a excellent football player. Put the ball in his hands and allow him to go make plays with his feet and arm.

Everyone wants to act like the world is falling since Pikeville beat them up, however, Pikeville is loaded and has one of the better football programs in the state regardless of class. LCC beat a very good Paintsville team last year that blasted Hazard in the playoffs.

I think Hazard is capable of winning this one, but I'm taking the Cougars to win and get back on the right track... 35-20.

Max Johnson is a good athlete but his supporting cast is mediocre at best.
