Former Kentucky hurdler Sydney McLaughlin sets world record to win gold at Tokyo Oly

The 21-year-old McLaughlin won the women's 400-meter hurdles in dominant fashion, beating compatriot Dalilah Muhammad in a world record 51.46 seconds.
