Basketball families within the 15th region??

Who are some of the most well known Basketball families throughout the 15th region in the past to present time.

One that Stands out to me is the Akers Boys over at SVHS...Shannon,Jeremy, and Phillip.

Opinions, Thoughts??

Virgie had some basketball families. Newsome's, May,s. Alot of basketball families within that area.

Belfry had the Howards about 2 years ago.

Paintsville had the Pelphrey's (mid 80's) and I think there were two of the Adkins boys about the same time frame. I'm sure the Guru could add to the list.

There really are several, but one that came to mind was from across the creek, that being the Hall's!!! 3-4 very good players there!! And what about this name.....E.A. Couch, who was one of those Carr Creek boys we've read so much about lately and his son's David and Joey!!! Must have been around 6-7 thousand points come from that trio!
