Hanover Pa. A 13 year old boy told police that his mother required him to to do his homework first thing when he got off the school bus then smoked marijuana with him as a reward.
The mother said she had been doing this since he was 11 years old.

If this woman's childeren are not taken away from her, and she is not prosecuted for child abuse, then NO ONE should ever be prosecuted for child abuse of any kind, and any one that has been convicted, should be turned loose. There is NO excuse that anyone can give for this kind of behavior.
