#2
BHS by 12
#3

#4
Breathitt don’t let up in this one, Bobcats by 20
#5
Jackson has been playing some good basketball over the past couple weeks, but they’ll have to shoot at a very high percentage to beat Breathitt.
#6
Jackson by 5, Terry and Sizemore combine for 54.
#7
Jackson city down 3 at half
#8
Has Jackson turned into cordia?

Jackson is just doing what almost everyone else in the region is doing.

Breathitt rolls in this one

Rolled in the 4th, it was close until a 4th quarter spurt by Breathitt.

Well it’s hard to pull away when JCS holds the ball for 2 minutes per possession. When JCS was forced to play basketball Breathitt steamrolled them

JCS was smart to make Breathitt come out and guard on the perimeter before attacking. Breathitt made some big shots and got some key offensive boards in the 4th that was the difference.

The Bobcats have as much talent as anyone in the region. They have an excellent battle tested coach. A recipe for trouble for someone in the region, not expected to win it but rival coaches are praying not to draw them right off the bat in the region. The regional favorite still is Hazard but with the ball control style Big Al plays teams tend to stay close. Estill almost got them at home the other nite. Breathitt has to be figured in the mix. JMO

I agree, Breathitt is gonna be dangerous in the region. They are capable of beating any team including Hazard.

The loss of Slaughter hurts Breathitt's chances tremendously.

What happened to Slaughter?
#18
I think Breathitt played just fine without slaughter. Just as they have done in previous games throughout the season without him.
#19
Losing Slaughter hurts but if Hoskins plays like he did in the second half last night, they won’t miss him as much as many think

I don't know what happened to Slaughter, but I agree with your assessment of Hoskins. I have thought all year that he needed to play more, because when he is in the game, he has an instant impact. You can't teach his size and skill level as a Freshman. Breathitt's future is bright.

Hoskins had incredible confidence last night and was even talking to the senior Sizemore from Jackson city with a fun back and forth.

They call Hoskins THE PREDATOR for a reason. The kid is tuff.
#23
Sizemore rolled his ankle in the 3rd quarter and was never the same after hurt Jackson.

Breathitt done an excellent job against Sizemore holding him to 7 points. Coach Noble had an excellent game plan and the boys executed
#25
Breathitt going to Region 🏀🏀
#26
The job has nothing to do with the kid rolling an ankle the same time BHS pulled away.
