The fall??? They can't fall any farther than the sad state that the previous coach left the program in. Kelly Wells is a winner and will get the program back to respectability with good people....not the type that PC has had the past couple of years. The program was left in shambles!!

Brad Lowe can play, now let's just hope now that he dedicates himself to being a great player, not just a good player like he appeared to be satisfied with last season at times.

In fairness to Lowe, he was battling a bad ankle injury much of last year.

Lowe is a good choice to start with for Coach Wells, give him a few yrs and let his system grow with his players and then we can judge.

saddens me that some ppl on here can not be happy for him it really makes me sick be happy that something good happens to a kid from the moutains instead of said bad things about the kid he is a great player and a great kid...

I think this is a great pick up for the bears. He is not only local but a great player. Sometimes if you only recruit local, however, it can hurt you. Take the best players available coach and if they are local, than even better.

I love seeing the local talent finally getting noticed! If it is the fall, I would rather go down with the players and kelly Wells as my coach, than have a bunch of thugs that are in the game for one semester and gone.
Go get 'um Bears!! If you don't like 'em, go cheer for the college of the cumberlands, if you are allowed to.
