3A Quarterfinal Fleming Co @ #1 Bell Co
#61
Hudl, KHSAA scores, RPI and posts are all that I have seen/read about Fleming. To be this far says a lot to some programs. I would love to see a great, injury free game Friday. Winner will have a tough time here on out as will other regions. Good luck to both teams.

i’m just gonna say from experience watching fleming play, their QB is a very nice runner but in the passing game, it’s his receivers that make a lot of the plays. He can sling the rock pretty good, just doesn’t always make the smartest/best throws. i think Bell will roll to victory in this one.

Bell 50
Fleming 14
#63
Bell by 3+ scores.

Doug you are correct. I should have pointed that one out. Ashland looks good, but I'll take Belfry at home.

Bell Co 44
Fleming Co 18

Really expect to see Stephney really start getting more rushing yards starting this game.

Dudley hasn't had to show his full hand all year and won't until at least next week.

Stephney had 109 rushing yards on 11 carries and a TD plus 9/13 passing for 130 yards and 2 TD’s against Rock. Pretty good night last week.

I think the next two weeks his passing is what is going to be possibly a weakness for bell. He’s not awful passing QB by any means. I don’t think he’s great, but I haven’t seen him this year and completely basing it off of last year. But he wasn’t an accurate passer at medium and long range. Pretty good I’m short slants and outs. His ability to tuck and run usually bail him out of a lot of covered plays or tight coverage where he’d have to “thread the needle”. He’s got great vision as a scrambler though. I don’t mean any of that in a negative light about his passing, I just see it maybe being an issue in the weeks to come if the run game is stopped.

Keep over looking this week an you won't have to worry about playing next week

He’s got a lot better this season. He’s connected with Jason Jones a lot with the deep ball. Last year. London ran the ball a lot! This season he’s definitely passed the Ball a lot more. Which imo has made him a better overall player and more deadly.

2018
806 passing 15td’s 1 INT. 13 games.

2019
1341 passing 16td’s 3 INT. 12 games.

What makes you so sure they’ll play DeSales?
#73
Let’s focus on this week , not next !!!! Go Bobcats!!!

I think y’all gonna be in for a big shock. You’re not playing Mason or Harrison Co. You’re actually gonna play a well coached, disciplined team.
#75
No doubt Bell is a awesome team

Good deal, that was going to be my next question, if he had improved on it this year. But yes I’d say a ton more deadly. I think last year teams could maybe cheat up or bring the safety’s up against him, or sometimes even a double spy instead of coverage. I can’t remember how he threw on the run, but I’d say if he’s just average at it, it turns more into a question of how do we slow him down over how do we stop him.

Bell 35 to 21 a lot of rain in area for Friday

I'm not worried either way . You are setting yourself up for disappointment.

I'm a Jones so I keep up with the Joneses.

The rain in the forecast could play a big role in the game tomorrow. Could slow things down for both teams

Stephany will still be dangerous on the turf.

I think Bell wins then will host Taylor Co. for semis.

That's a good possibility.

I get confused , thought we play winner of Ashland or Belfry ? That’s if we win!

You seem more confident in Taylor Co. than Bell Co.

I'm confused too. lol. I think if they win they'll play against Ashland or Belfry and Taylor County would have to win a couple more games to face Bell if they make it that far?
#87
Winner of Ashland/Belfry will travel to Bell, as long as they win. Winner of PT/Taylor will play the winner of DeSales/Bardstown. If PT wins this Friday, then the winner of Desales/Bardstown will travel there. If Taylor wins, and Desales wins, they will come to DeSales. If Taylor wins, and Bardstown wins, I'm not sure who travels where.
#88
Wrong, if Bell wins and Taylor Co wins then they travel to Bell. 1 vs 4 in RPI
#89
So confusing, I had it figured like ColtPride

I'm glad you explained so I don't have to strain my brain. lol
