Reading about a Tennessee inmates recent execution and his last meal request (fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuits) got me to thinking. If you were convicted of a horrible crime and sentenced to death what would your last meal be before being executed. Some states allow inmates to order out while others have the meal prepared onsite. Let's say you have both options. What would your two requests be?

I might would choose a pizza because the last time I ate some, which was almost 5 years ago, it left me hoping for death for about 6 hours and made me sick for about 3 days. If I chose a different route, for the meal ordered out, I would choose KFC original recipe chicken with mash potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, and biscuits. I'd wash it down Mt Dew or a fruit flavored drink. If the meal was prepared onsite, I'd choose a thick pattied cheese burger with dill pickles and ketchup, a baked potato with ketchup. My drink choice wouldn't change. If given an option for desert, I would choose brownies.

1. smoked brisket and ribs, mac n cheese, jalapeno corn muffins, green beans cooked with ham, graeters double chocolate chip ice cream with home made whipped cream
2. southern seafood broil of crawfish, shrimp, mini corn on the cob, red taters, with fried redfish, my sisters home made slaw and cheesecake! (add Frischs's Tartar Sauce)
And there would be a plethora of drink options nicker:

Spirit 100, thanks for posting on this. It looked like this post was going to be going in the post hall of shame where the poor posts that receive no responses go. The BBQ meal would be good for sure.
