I am a Collins fan and think Coach Lucas is one of the best coaches in high school football. I am pulling for them to win this one!

Good Luck with that. You have been watching too many Florida/Kentucky games. There will be a running clock midway through the second quarter.

I donât know much about their coach. But I do know boyle co. This game was over as soon as the administrators signed the contract to play Iâm afraid. Collins might be able to keep it âsomewhatâ respectable. Meaning not having a running clock til the 2nd half. But I doubt it. Boyle can come at you so many different ways. You have to be VERY disciplined, strong, and pretty darn fast to play with them. Oh yea on top of coaches putting the kids in the right places to have a chance. Too many things have to happen for Collins to beat them. I donât think they have any advantage in this one, on field, or up in the box.

I will say this. While Collins has a poor record and some holes to fill, they have some talent and have played a tough schedule.

Collins has been struggling against great competition and will soon find and learn how to win. They do have the manpower to do so. Do I see them winning this game or keeping it from a running clock, NO, but don't go thinking it will be any kind of 60 point game. They are better than that.

Boyle is just to tough in this one. Unfortunately, the only thing Collins has a chance to win Friday night is the coin toss (and that's a 50/50 shot)

Boyle County 35-14

I’ve shied away from point totals this season but I’m going out on a limb here I’ll take Boyle in a close one 56-10.

Rebels big 50-6.

Boyle is a run away train. This one will be ugly.

Boyle big. I don't know about 60+ points. That's hard to do with a running clock.

I know Chuck Smith is working for this team to get better on every play in every game, not to embarrass the other team by running up the score. I believe in the Wayne County game the freshman QB was playing before the end of the 3rd quarter. I know the score will dictate who plays and when, but with a young team like this, Boyle will try to play as many people as the situation will allow. Remember this team only has 4 senior starters or shared starting positions.

Collins isn't without talent but Boyle is on another level.

Grant had season ending surgery yesterday to repair his left shoulder (labrum). He'll be ready for baseball.
