I'm sorry, but where did we miss "when is Lex Cath gunna play somebody'? I mean they're 3-0 all vs 6A opponents and those opponents were or are top in 6A rankings when they played them..... now this week they have LCA who were semifinalist last season and after that FT Highlands, who historically are a good team, then come district with a Southwestern Pulaski in the end. Not sure where "somebody" is hahaha

MadSouth is 5A and has been beaten by Garrard Co. Ryle and Lafayette are decent teams at best. LCA has lost four of their best players to transfer and just lost by 6 TDs.
The bottom line is we don't know who LexCath is....yet.

That was me. Gave the Indiana team the benefit of the doubt without knowing anything about them. Now that they have reached the 2 win mark I can honestly say 3 possibly 4 will be their limit. But who knows, they could run the table and be 2A state champs 😉

MadiSouth were in the finals last season, Ryle were quarterfinalist or semifinalist last season, Lafayette in the last 4 season has made it to the state finals, so if we go with history of teams, those teams are good/ great. This season, well so far NO.

I'm not knocking their schedule at all. On paper it seems they would be tested but the reality is that they have not been tested. And they won't be tested this Friday.
They may end up a great team but we don't know that by their body of work so far this season.

I took that as a jab at what Pikeville did. Now do I think they will be a contender for 2A state championship, no I donât they canât play with the top teams like Mayfield and the others but they are young and will get better towards the end of the year. I was just trying to make a point we get on here to try to talk football and that was your opinion and thatâs fine but you where at least to me putting them down along with Pikeville and I just donât do that. So you have your rights to believe what you do as I do but not no big deal and hope I didnât offend you in anyway. But as always GO PANTHERS!!!

Now FoSho we could say that about all teams right now with only 3 games under their belts, really Boyle is the best team in 3A and your schedule hasnât been the hardest in high school football either. Have a great year my friend hope to see you in November and good luck the rest of the year

Not a jab at the Panthers in the least. Slight jab at LCA but ask anyone in the program, graduation and transfers killed them this year. I'm a proud Panther alumni and just don't want to see anyone putting the proverbial "horse before the cart" such as what happened in 2014

Lex Cath just too much in this one. Roll LCA like a wino in a gutter. Running clock late second qtr as long as no monsoon hits affecting Lex Cath's passing game. If so, that may change drastically. Hopefully LCA develops a run game, I'm actually pulling for them to do well.

Didnât mean to strike a nerve but just stating the facts and agree that some of Belfry players leave in West Virginia.
