KBA will host their annual Girls High School Tournament June 8th-10th. Having a really good turnout as approx 15 schools (hope to get 20-25) have registered so far. Teams from all over the Commonwealth are coming, be a good chance to get a preview of some Girls High School Teams.

Will be 3 divisions: Fresh, JV, and Varsity

Should be a good tournament with a total of 16 Varsity Teams and 8 JV Teams playing. They start play Friday June 8th and Sat 9th with Pool Play and Bracket Play starts Sunday June 10th.

2 Undefeated JV (Southwestern and South Laurel).

Thanks to all the coaches, parents, and players for being patient this weekend as we had to make last second venue changes. Got to see some great girls basketball this weekend including a great Varsity championship game. Good luck to all teams in the upcoming season.

The Morgan girl was unstoppable.
The Turner girl for South didn’t play in that game, but she was listed as #22 in the book. I’m pretty sure Igo for GRC hit 2 3’s also.
