Pulaski 66 Corbin 58

[quote=CoachNM0523]It’s amusing going through your posts on this site. Only 47 posts, but many of them are you saying negative things about this kid. Which says one of two things; you’re either a kid who’s jealous, or an adult who has nothing better to do that continue to negatively comment about a high school player. IMO, the latter is probably worse. For a kid who
gets many triple doubles every year and almost always leads the team

When you leave a kid in the whole game when you are up by 40 to get his points and when you try to be the star and beat Mercer County and get drilled and get beat by both Pulaski and North Laurel when there are other shooters open, yes he’s not a team player. It the truth. If you are going through my posts then u need to get a life. I speak the truth of what I see and hear from other people. He’s a great player, I’m saying if he was more of a team player by passing more and finding the OPEN shot, they wouldn’t have lost 3 outta 4. Also, if you don’t like what I post then don’t read it

I'll have to admit that I haven't seen Corbin play all year this year. I did watch Corbin several times last season. Last season, Taylor was the ultimate team player. Of course he was a great scorer, but he was also a great rebounder, defensive player and the best passer on the team.

Things change.

He is a great player. The fact of the matter is that if he would share the load this year then Corbin would be unstoppable. When he tries to take over there is too much standing around and they lose. If Coach P lets this happen then they will be out of the region watching South and Knox. He could be so much better by dishing and creating open shots for the shooters he has on the team instead of trying to get some scoring records. Its great to have a scoring record as an individual but as a team, they've never made it out of the region since the Scoring record stuff

I have to agree with SupaFly based on several observations I personally have seen.. Yes I have witnessed AT being last starter to exit the playing floor with team leading by 30+ points n with him continuing to score n watched him try to go one on five against NL in 4th qtr. yes he is a great HS player but has been very selfish as of late n has helped contribute to the losses. You could hear a lot of Redhound fans n parents yelling “pass the ball” but they not coaching. I believe the coach is just as responsible n guilty. Early exit for the hounds this year if things don’t change.

on a side note
I heard a red hound fan yell "Three seconds" the other night on a PC player 14 and a half feet from the basket. :Shaking: the last time I saw a 3 second call was in 1988 and the last time I saw a ref call a 3 second call on an in region team was in ???? well never.

Hardly ever see the 3 second call or carrying the ball call anymore. But dang sure do see the block/ charge (most controversial call in the history of basketball) call WAY WAY WAY too much. If players just fall on the floor in the games ive seen 95%!of the time a ref will call something. I say just let em flop and after about twice of looking silly they will stop and make for a better game. JMO
