Morgan has a nice record but have they really played/beaten a good team? The 16th is really down as a whole.

West has improved a lot, and has had a lot of close losses. Always hard to win on the road in the 16th.

Morgan has not played a tough schedule at all. Outside of Ashland I don't think of the 16th region teams have. Seems like the 14th, 15th, and 16th is down a lot this year.
