Shortly after news broke that Arizona coach Rich Rodriguez was facing a claim of misconduct in the workplace, he is now out of a job.
The Wildcats will now be in the market for a new head coach, as they have decided to fire Rodriguez over the impending lawsuit.
USA TODAYâs Dan Wolken was first on the news of the allegations and also reported the news of RichRodâs reported firing:
The allegations against Rodriguez are serious ones, and it appears they were too much for Arizona to handle.
Now, the Wildcats will scramble to find a new coach as the offseason gets underway.
