I'm honest think JC is the better overall team but not by much. Ashland is very good and fun to watch. Ashland if the coaches can put together another great game plan can win again.

Ashland has a lot of speed and determination. Johnson Central has incredible size and power. This has the makings of a great playoff game in the terrific setting of Putnam Stadium. Looking forward to making it to see this one.

Pretty cool contrast of personnel here. Ashland is small but pretty quick up front, JC is big and strong. Ashland is the faster team. JC is the stronger team.

Trust me, A LOT of people had the same thoughts for the first game..... and A LOT of people were mistaken.


JC did look more focused against Belfry, but Belfry did what Belfry does. No shame taking an L there.

Against Mason County & Scott, JC looked more like the team we saw last season. Not knocking those two teams, but we looked so much more sharp on Off. and Def.


Ashland had the perfect game plan and the JC miscues helped their cause. A similar scenario could play out like this Friday night, but unlikely.
