Perry dominated Harlan in the wymt and they are a different team now then when they played Corbin in South.

Perry lost to Harlan county by 6 or 7 points at Harlan county without the 2 big boys and beat them bad in the wymt finals. The bigs make perry a lot better. Just like rockcastle getting gentry, makes them better so that should be took into consideration. And cordia probably shouldn't be in it

Harlan is up and down right now, so I don't know about them. But South and Corbin are both terrible match ups for PCC, and would still beat them by 10+.

But as easily as Perry Central dispatched Harlan County the second time around with their entire team on the floor - I honestly think Perry would beat them all. I don't see any team in the mountains beating Perry by 10+

All of those teams are in the top 10. Whitley and South play Friday, but if South messed around and got beat by Whitley, I still wouldn't put Whitley ahead of South.

So, Knox and North Laurel "messed" around and got beat? You make it sound as if those were upsets. I've had Clay ranked ahead of North for some time now. I also think Harlan County is and has been better than Knox. I see what you're saying, but there is a much larger gap between South and Whitley than the other teams mentioned.

I would agree on Harlan over Knox. I should've mentioned that my list was not necessarily in any particular order, but there is a decent gap after 5 or 6. I don't think there's a huge gap between North and Clay, but if North is 100% healthy, I would pick them over Clay. In a ranking and not head to head obviously. Lol. Some teams just have other teams number.

Peyton Gover has SW ranked in the top 2 in the region and #3 in this poll with a 17-2 record. Without him they would be unranked here and mid-pack at best in the 12th region with a record of 12-7 or so.JMO
