Magoffin Co 99 Sheldon Clark 98 Double OT
#31
If you actually watched the game you know that SC coach was on the floor twice during the game. They also started the game with 6 players on the floor. Ball was put in play should have been a technical. After the girl flipped on the floor 2 women and the superintendent all came on the floor and talked to the refs. All should have been ejected. Cheerleaders fight in the middle of the floor after the game. Ridiculous. You all should be ashamed.

WinkWinkler Wrote:Magoffin County benefits from the "non calls". This is the second district game that they have won by a big non call. The Johnson County game, the player clearly stepped out of bounds and the Sheldon Clark game by the spectator going onto the floor and doing backflips. A clear technical that the official can only say that he did not call it because he did not what the game to end on the foul line. The timing of the call or non call is just as important as the game dictates. It was a great high school game in which several players on both teams played the best games of the careers. Great game to watch especially when you don't have a dog in the fight.

Sounds like Magoffin needs to play the lottery! Sometimes its better to be lucky than good, and at this point its a win and that all that matters
