All i can say is Knott Central got the bad end of the deal. They drew Perry Central and play Wens. at 6:30 and if they happen to win that game they have to play Breathitt.....Oh joy!

The games will be @ Leslie County
As far as the matchups are concerned, I can't predict anything about Powell, Leslie, Wolfe, or Estill because I haven't seen them play that much this season. I do know that Letcher Central, Perry Central, and Breathitt County are three really strong teams. It's a shame that either Breathitt or Perry won't make it to the championship game because of the layout of the bracket. Not being biased but I will go on to say that Letcher Central will be playing til the end of the regional tournament, and I think they will play Perry Central in a close one over Breathitt.. As far as LCC and PCC goes, it's truely a toss-up. The played once in regular season, Letcher Central was up the whole game until the last 3 minutes and Perry Central won by one point, so that will give you an idea of what kind match-up this will be. It's going to be fun!

Letcher got lucky and don't have to play at least 2 TOUGH games to even get to the finals. One thing LCC can say is at least they should have some fresh legs!

I will give you that.. Their road to the regional championship game won't be as rough as the other side of the bracket.. But never the less, reguardless of the road that gets them there, two teams are going to be in the final game and thats all that is going to matter, all I am saying is my guess it will be LCC and PCC. Do you think it is going to be somebody else?

Now that Knott is out of it, I am going to go with PCC and LCC in the finals. And I would like to see LCC win the region in their first year of play. This will be a great game to come and watch!

There would have to be an upset for LCC and PCC not to meet in the finals because they are loaded with talanted players, but there are teams that can pull the upset and if PCC and LCC do not show up to play they can be beaten, they are not that good that they can play an off game and expect to win.
