The Mustangs put up an early fight. It was 14-14 in the 1st quarter, but Purples scored 28 unanswered points and led 42-14 at halftime and that was the final as no one scored I'm the 2nd half.

There are only 4 or 5 teams in this state that BG wouldn't put a running clock on.
Id take BG over anybody.

I just watched Gridiron Glory. You talk about one freakish play. BG was near the goal line. They run up the middle at the Dtangs stuff it. The RB turns and pitches the ball back to the qb, who fumbled it. He tries to get back to it and a d lineman tackles him. The RB runs over, scoops it, reverses field and scampers around the end for a touchdown.

Their Offense is ridiculous. There are NAIA teams that are not as efficient on Offense as BG

64, by what I saw on Gridiron Glory, it looked like the Stangs had a shot at scoring more. They appeared to have been in or near the red zone. They elected to do a halfback pass, which as usual resulted in an interception. I was wrong on the 14 point thing but they did play BG better than most thought. The truly bad news is the Stangs qb got hurt.

Fumbled on the first play from scrimmage giving BG short field. 5 touchdowns in 1st quarter. McCracken tried a pouch kick and it was returned for a touchdown. Tried a screen pass at the goal line ball pops up BG walks in for a TD. Stangs stuff the runner at the 1 yard line he pitches back to QB who fumbles and Tisdale picks it up and runs in. Ballgame over at this point Bowling green scored all kinds of ways. McCracken fumbles at BG 10 yard line in 3rd or 4th quarter can't recall when but interceptions, fumbles, kickoffs and BG took advantage of all McCracken mistakes. They controlled the clock as well with great running behind very good blocking McCracken should have scored 1 or 2 more times but couldn't get it done. I don't know if Bowling Green just decided that the first half scoring was enough or McCracken played better defense in 2nd half it seemed odd?

I was really Impressed with McCracken County. They came ready to play. They kept Bowling Green out of the endzone in the 2nd half and avoided a running clock.
