Jackson done one heck of a job in this game. Especially on defense and rebounding. The lane was cut off for Gilbert most of the time and Stamper had a hand in his face quite a bit. This was a hard fought game by both squads. Howard hit some big shots down the stretch and played hard all night. Fugate played hard and hit some key shots and also got some big rebounds. Watkins made a couple nice moves under the basket and grabbed some big boards. Davidson hustled great as usual, and Kilburn went after the boards and also had a couple nice baskets. CK Howard came into the game and done a great job on both ends of the floor. Flenchum sparked the Tigers with a couple baskets underneath. Thompson was not that much involved in the offense tonight but played his heart out on defense guarding Gilbert as did Davidson. I'm so proud of these Tigers and this Championship is a well deserved one for them, GO TIGERS!

Why did he go out halfway through the 4th quarter when your team needs you the most..GUTS/HEART/PRIDE??

Sounds like a bad coaching decision to have him in with 4 fouls while playing with 4 fouls and to lose him midway through it.. Of course I guess u can look at it both ways.

Is this the first time Jackson City has ever won their district?
