In the 56th District Central will probably be the strongest but Paintsville has gotten better these past few years. Hopefully these girls will be able to make a turn around. Valley will strong but I think after she's gone Valley will have a totally different team.

lc has the talent in the 57th but they have new coaches so who knows.they have had several quit already so sounds like there is some adjusting to do.they no longer have a jv team and there are several 4 year starters who are complaining about asst. coach randy hale.
