To me, the most overrated region is the 6th. Fans tend to link the 7th and the 6th together because they are both in Louisville. However, as you can see the while the 7th is traditionally at the top the 6th is very average.

Every year there are 5000 transfer threads about whats going on in the 14th and how good some of the players are and yet they are the worst performing region in the state tournament.
