If Bates was over weight lifting, that is an area that needs most improved. LCC was not a team with much overall strength. To win you have to live in the weight room year around and improve size and core strength. Championships are made in the off season

Matt Chandler would of been the best pick! there is a bad habit of picking middle school coaches to be HC's and even though they might be a good coach on that level they dont have the experience to call a high school game!
I think it cheats the kids who have busted their butts for 4 years to have inexperience coaches.
If a middle school coach has aspirations of being a high school HC then they need to get up to that level as an assistant and gain some experience. frustrating to watch people hire that no nothing about the game.:HitWall:
