I'm hearing the Turner kid from barbourville is gone, however I'm not sure its to another 13th school

How can kids keep transferring from school to school and still be eligible?
There's a kid from Mercer County that's gonna be back where he started and bringing his brother too. How are they able to do this?

The mercer co kids transferred from sheldon clark cause their dad got a principle job in mercer co. Their dad just recently got the superintendent job at martin co. Thats as legit as you can get. Was basketball involved of course it was but its still legit move for very good reason.

Its getting easier and easier to transfer and be eligible.
Address Change, (or just have mail sent to a diff address)
Join a Club that the other school doesnt offer
Medical Conditions, such as Anxiety, it can be used as an excuse to move to smaller schools.
Family member getting a job at the school they transfer too.
& Im sure im leaving out plenty.
