Apparently, a top secret email obtained from a private server was used in a Russian trial in 2014. There have already been smoking guns found among Hillary Clinton's email messages, but this one could turn into a smoking canon.
Quote:âBeyond Top Secretâ Hillary Clinton Emails Used In Russian Court Against Ukraine Pilot
A very intriguing Federal Security Services (FSB) report prepared for The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SLEDKOM) relating to the trial of Ukrainian âspy/terroristâ Nadiya (Nadezhda) Savchenko states that âbeyond top secretâ emails obtained from a âprivate computer storage deviceâ belonging to former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton âshould/mustâ be allowed into the sentencing phase of this case due not only to their âcritical relevanceâ, but, also, because the âapprehensionâ of them falls outside the purview of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR).
According to this report, Nadiya Savchenko is a former Ukraine Air Force pilot who in 2014 joined the neo-Nazi Aidar Battalion, which is a volunteer military detachment of Ukraineâs Ministry of Defense currently fighting against Russian separatist factions in their eastern regions and has been the target of many war crimes investigations.
On 6 June 2014, this report continues, Nadiya Savchenko entered into the Federation from Ukraine and presented herself before Federal Migration Service (FMS) officials stating that she was a refugee and requesting she be granted Russian identity documentsâwhich were approved.

Please take this sorry with a grain off salt. My laptop battery was about to die last night and I was rushing to get it posted before the battery died. This morning, I looked for a another source for this news and found none. I failed to follow the advice I often give to my wife - if it sounds too good to be true, then it its probably a hoax. This support is almost certainly a hoax. Sorry I didn't delay posting it.

Websites like this can be useful none the less. Say if one wanted to remain anonymous and still get a story out for example. It may all be moot anyway, the White House had to admit the 22 emails in question were top secret and contained operational intelligence. According to Judge Napolitano, that is is, a smoking cannon.

I think this website is probably popular with the tin foil hat crowd. There is a similar site that covers the African continent.

How embarrassing it must be that a socialist is neck and neck with you on election night.
Too funny.

I'd say she'd rather not be alone right now with the FBI investigating everything but her old address. So, even a nutjob, conspiracy theorist, confessed socialist is welcome company. nicker:

I'm just curious what people think when they vote for Clinton. Are these the same people that voted for Obama? Last night i heard Bernie had the younger crowd, but Hillary had the older votes. I thought wisdom came with age, but apparently that isn't so true nicker:

You've hit on something there. Many older people are just plain brain dead. I've heard them voice their view on politics and believe me when I tell you that view is in a word, shallow. it would go like this: "Well you know, the Democrats is fer the werkin man."
And there was a time back during the industrial revolution that a man could get by on a third grade education. He could go to work as a young man and usually retire with a pension and social security to lean on and a grateful family visiting every Sunday after Church for dinner. And, he could get by with pulling the D lever every election because candidates generally just had more integrity back then. But those were different days than these. Today we need to vet candidates in order to avoid getting taken advantage of by some carpetbagging charlatan.
But such voting disciplines are just too much to ask of these old folks, as they insist on clinging to the same old naiveté that should have been abandoned 50 years ago. They're Obama 'twicers' and if fortune and father time would permit, they'd be Hillary 'twicers' to boot. And BTW, don't think that the Dems don't know the aged are in their hip pocket.

One must keep in mind that, although wearing a blindfold, Lady Justice can see through it. Nothing negative will happen to Hillary Clinton. Nothing negative ever sticks to the Clintons. They are already being protected by the mainstream media- broadcast, telecast, and print. The general populace isn't, in all honesty, focused on anything but twitter, facebook, and Kardashian-type "entertainment". The justice department will never agree to prosecuting a Clinton. Obama, though no friend of the Clintons, will cover his own skinny butt by stonewalling any legal proceeding for the sake of his "legacy".
Our only hope is that a majority of voters are not fooled by this aged, fake, fat, lying witch. Unfortunately, that is asking a lot of the citizens of this country.

There is a very good chance that either: 1) the FBI will recommend that Hillary be indicted, or 2) there will be some very vocal complaints and probable resignations over the failure of the FBI to refer charges to the Justice Department.

Also, until Hillary is tried for her crimes, the risk of prosecution by a real Attorney General will loom over her head. That is why I believe that Obama, or possibly Trump will grant her a pardon. The Clintons can afford to buy a pardon and they will, through hook or crook.
Anything short of an exoneration by the FBI will probably block Hillary from ever becoming president and her poll numbers are already nosediving. When and if Hillary faces real competition in the general campaign, I expect her to receive a brutal beat down, no matter who wins the Republican nomination.
Unfortunately, Hillary and Mr. Hillary will be able to keep the $100 million+ dollars that people paid them for making speeches. We may never know what those people actually received in return for their money.

I would be happy if that is true. If she or Billy Boy could never again hold office, or sway over the people, and if I don't have to listen to his croaking or her shrieking ever again, I suppose that will have to do.

Most of Nixon's problems in Watergate were generated by a media that despised him and a few Republicans willing to act independently of him. That is far from the situation with Hillary. The entire media other than Fox is neatly contained in the hip pocket of her XXL pant suit. The Democrats, unlike the poor dumb Republicans, will destroy the country before any of them ever turn on her.
I suspect that the FBI will, in the end, come down on keeping their pensions in tact and clear her from any serious or semi-serious consequences. If not, the anteater attorney general will stonewall for her by her own choice and at the instruction of the Obama Administration.
Nothing will happen to Hillary. Bet on it. And, as I said earlier, the voting populace is far too uninformed and, to be honest, ignorant to care. If Hillary is taken out, it won't be with her emails or Benghazi. Sadly, she won't be taken out much because the Democrats are so good at covering up, the Republicans have no backbone, and the media will protect her at any cost.
Unfortunately, that is the truth.

I thought about that when people started talking about a likely mass exodus from the ranks of the FBI should Obama not indict. And you're right, the media despised Nixon. And I would add, the people of that day had their heads totally in their own everyday lives, as self governance was already a thing of the past. By that I mean that for the most part, folks merely went in and voted the party of their affiliation and let it go at that. In fact, far more of people I knew never even mentioned voting, I suspect most did not. Tea Party patriots are nowadays trying to shake Americans awake, as there has been much more talk about getting involved with government, vetting candidates and the like.
Unfortunately, I don't know how the citizenry can hope to overcome an overly zealous, power infused, self inflated Supreme Court. Liberal minded Democrats not willing to accept the will of the people, have taken to the court in an effort to adjudicate the otherwise inclined electorate into submission. State after state, we vote in referendums opposing gay marriage, only to have the SC overturn those referendums in what seems to be a legislative action.
The power of the US Congress has been largely usurped in our day. The President, tries to dictate his terms to the Congress. If they refuse or vote otherwise, he goes around the Congress and sues them into submission via the freshly seeded Supreme Court. If that does not seem a good path, we are then regulated into submission by the various government agencies. In the mind of the liberal, fossil fuels consumption, and not oppressive dictatorships and mad man attempts at world domination, are the bane of mankind. Hence until oil prices once again rise to around 40 dollars a barrel, the frackers who totally fueled the only real economic resurgence the Obama Administration has seen, are out of business owing to ridiculous environmental constraints. It could well come to pass then, that Republicans will face Hillary this fall after all. If she is defeated sanity gets a temporary reprieve, if she wins the American death spiral will play out.
