I think Whitley will pull through in this one. The team is finally hitting on both sides of the ball. If they can get special teams taken care of, I think they can be dangerous down the road. Also who is the Davenport kid? He is quick off the ball and explosive.

Edwards is DONE...Knee has at least one ligament damaged maybe more. Tough break for a very good back. The Warriors are reeling and need to find something or someone to steady the tribe. The two Qb. system has been a disaster, allowing neither kid to get in a groove. So without Edwards the tribe may be looking at a "Trail of Tears" come Friday, unless they can find their will to win.

Really hate to hear that Edwards is out for the season. He is a good kid and a special talent at running back. Patrick hopefully can come back next year better than ever!

Could this be the one in the First Round?? Luke is a great player, no doubt about it! The Warriors have taken it on the chin the last two weeks while the Colonels have won the last two. Teams that seem to be going in different directions?? Home field advantage to the Warriors, QB advantage to the Colonels!! Hmmmm, which way could it go?? Warriors live to fight another day 35 to 21.

Southwestern wins convincingly, I still think they have to be the regional championship conversation, especially if PC is not fully healthy. SW 28 Whitley County 6.

Southwestern by as much as they want.. Whitley still has no defense. With or withour Edwards southwestern will prevail.

Pruitt seems to be his go to guy, when things are not going well. He is the one he gets on to the least, on the sidelines, Pruitt is a solid Qb. and would be better if he took all of the meaningful snaps. Reese would have been better served, to have taken most all the JV snaps, after losing most all his freshmen yr. to injury. The coaches biggest gripe with Reese was his inexperience. Even when one or the other was moving the team it was two series before they get back on the field, losing any rhythm or what ever you want to call it to standing around.

I hate a two qb system. I have always been a rhythm guy though. It has worked before but man it takes two very special kids to get it done.
