Actually my original prediction was 35-14 Paintsville with them pulling away late, based off the Tigers I watched play Pikeville. The Panthers I saw at Belfry, will get smacked in the mouth by the Tigers I am watching tonight. I was merely HOPEFUL of a miracle turnaround.
Last week's loss sealed our fate emotionally, which is what I feared. Maybe we can manage some Paintsville magic from last year and turn things around in 3 weeks, but right now, Im not sure we can make it past the 1st or 2nd round of the playoffs. Sadly, I may have to drop my Rams from the top 10 when I vote tomorrow evening. This is a really hard thing for me to deal with, always has been, always will be, I hate seeing Raceland lose. But, Paintsville is as good as any top 5 team in the first 3 maybe 4 classes.

Honestly, Paintsville has been the best 1a team all year long.. Beechwood will give them a good run for their money in BGreen, but, I don't see anyone else challenging them too much.. Pikeville may keep it close and could pull an upset, but, no one on the west outside of the Beechies would give them much of a game..

Pull an upset? If/when they play again, and Pikeville beats them, I wouldn't call it an upset. Not saying Pikeville would beat them, but I don't think a win by one of these two evenly matched teams would be considered an upset.

Pikeville will have fire in their eyes the next time these two teams meet. But the tigers have so much momentum that they will have to be perfect in every aspect of the game. Paintsville will go to bowling green. Mark it down

Based on your recent historical predictions, does this mean Pikeville will win by 2 TDs?

You don't think Pikeville will come in with momentum? Pike Central and the first three playoff games will be avg. score of 50+ to pretty much whatever the JV gives up.

Not taking anything away from pikeville at all jetpilot. You know as well as i do that pikeville can beat us just they could have beaten us back in september. I just happen to believe that they wont

I'll hold off until I see some more film. Now I'm concentrating on Shelby Valley. I tried to tell you Raceland fans. I guess you know now. I have never seen a team this good at Paintsville. You guys in Pike County will learn soon just like everyone else.

The traitor once known as BIG RAM was found in the locker room of the Paintsville Tiggers. It was originally reported that he had been abducted while being the last Ram to exit the bus but turns out that he defected to the other side and joined up with them Tiggers.
It was not discovered during the game that he had jumped ship and became a Tigger because he kept changing jerseys between each series.
Sometimes he was #1, sometimes he was #15, sometimes he was #10, #69 ,#28, #68, and so on.
I told you Tiggers he was quick, didn't know it was at changing jerseys, but he is quick. And I told you he could put knots on heads that it'll take a week or longer to rub down.
I just didn't realize that he was a traitor. After being found in the Tiggers locker room, he told reporters that he has no changed his name to -----------------

I'll go one step further, in my opinion Paintsville is not only the best 1A team in Eastern Ky, but they may very well be the best team in all 6 classes in Eastern Ky, especially thru 4A.
We played a better game against Ashland and we lost 41-21, and Ashland is now #3 in 4A. #1 Johnson Central just beat #3 Ashland by a score or 8-7 in the 4A game tonight
I may be wrong, definitely wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong, but I think Paintsville is 2 touchdowns better than anybody east of I-75 including Pikeville. I know that the Tiger-Panther game went to OT earlier this year but I think these Tigers have a clear cut mission and it will take an astronomical effort from any team to end that mission.
The Tigers are good and they know it, the players are arrogant and until someone stops them it's gonna stay that way. If you can walk the walk and talk the talk and the other team can't shut you up, guess that's the way it'll be.
Hope that we could pull off a MIRACLE and knock the Tigers out of the playoffs, but my Rams even getting to that game looks a bit shaky now.
But if the Tigers make it further than Raceland, I hope end up with the 1A Championship.
