Absolutes from the Democrat "debate":
1. Hillary will receive "kid glove" treatment from all questioners.
2. The only suspense will deal with whether Anderson Cooper will kiss Hillary's sizeable left butt cheek or her overly large right but cheek first.
3. Hillary will have canned answers/ excuses for everything and no one will question her honesty.
4. Hillary will look quite large in her latest high-necked pant suit designed by her personal designer, Chairman Mao.
5. The media will conclude that Hillary was brilliant and will sing her praises for the next week or so. Low information voters, the great majority, will believe the spin and her ratings will soar up.
6. And, of course, the poor, dumb, spineless Republicans will be destroyed again when she appears before the Benghazi committee.

1)Jim Webb and O'Malley will give great performances and increase their visibility at the national level, as well as their following.
2)Bernie Sanders will draw the loudest/longest/most frequent applauses of the night.
3)Hillary will wear a pant suit, likely blue or dark colored.
4)They'll pound hillary for her support of the Iraq war authorization.
5)Anderson Cooper has a boyfriend.
6)Hillary -- can't get a boyfriend.
7)Hillary will be asked about her inability to relate to most americans.
8)Bill will be interviewed by a major media outlet, and talk about himself the entire time.
9)The American citizenry will begin the process of electing a democrat for the 5th time in the last 7 elections.
10)I'm going to vomit during some point of the evening.

I wish I could pick the horses as well as I can predict the media. MSNBC and CNN are heralding Hillary's "great" performance. Who is surprised?
I will say that all Hillary needed was a high top hat to look completely like a Christmas nutcracker. She sure does all she can to hide all those excessive pounds. Unfortunately for her, the outfits can't accomplish the impossible.
To sum it up, we had an aged woman, an even more aged socialist, and three mental and physical pygmies on stage trying to out do each other in regard to what freebies they wanted to give the voters. The only problem is that we who actually pay our own way- including excessive taxes of all kinds- will continue to foot the bill.

It was widely reported yesterday that the other four Democrat "candidates" were told to lay off Hillary and, if they didn't, they would be shunned by the party. Obviously, they got the message.

My Webb predictions, as well as O'malley, were incorrect. Its important for me to acknowledge that whenever possible.
Although, Jim Webb is finishing 2nd in the current drudge report poll on who won the debate. Interesting.
But in regards to the poster who said, "is it any suprise" Clinton is declared winner? No. But anyone who watched it, should agree that she did 'win' it. She had a strong performance, and appealed to the base. Although not challenged nearly enough in her questions/answers, her performance was top notch. As Politico noted, "Hillary Killed It!" I couldn't agree more with the assessment. Or disagree more with her positions.
Her line about capitalism made me want to vomit. "When I think about capitalism, I think about the thousands of small businesses across the nation that drive this economy... blah blah..." Jesus Christ.

Of course Hillary "killed it". Did anyone expect it to be reported otherwise? She wasn't challenged on anything by her four "opponents" or by the CNN gophers. She had plenty of time to regurgitate all her memorized answers. As for the other four, Sanders proved that he is better suited for Denmark than for the United States and the other three proved that they had been castrated years ago.
We'll see how the aging and large damsel fares when she "testifies" next week. Of course, most of the Republicans on the committee lack a backbone and are prone to blowing the opportunity. The Democrats on the committee will block like the Green Bay front four did during their Super Bowl years.

I haven't made my mind up yet on which, but I will be voting for Clinton or Sanders in 2016. My children & grandchildren will go to the college of their choice at no charge to me or them. My salary will increase substantially and my taxes will be lowered. Niether myself or illegal immigrants will ever have to pay another medical bill. The temperatures of the atmosphere will stabilize and be more comfortable than ever. I will be able to drive my full size pickup cross country on an aspirin. Other countries will fight our battles abroad and protect our allies without us ever firing a shot or putting our soldiers in harms way. Gun laws will be passed where only law abiding citizens own guns and mass huggings will replace mass shootings. Our country will almost be a worry free place to live.
Someone convince me how I can possibly consider voting against that.

1. Harry inadvertently logged in under his "Memo Luna" account.
2. Harry wasn't getting much support in this thread except from the old woman from Harlan Co.
3. As a result of #2, Harry proceeded to reply to his own thread a day later and "like" his own thread under an alias account.
4. Harry then proceeded to reply 20 mins later as "Harry, the greatest legal and political mind since 'The Framers.' "
5. Harry continued to use his patented " " in points he really wanted to be made.
6. Harry is dumb-struck that TheRealThing hasn't joined in yet, thus leaving him solo and clueless in their normal 2-man "circle-jerk."

:thatsfunn I know Sanders really believes the government can do stuff like that. Hill on the other hand, would say anything to get elected. But as always SKINNYPIG, your logic fairly sparkles.

You would know about these things. You appear to have more than one name under your IP address.
And you are correct. Without any support from the men of this group, I supported Memo Luna's statements solely because I agreed with them.
Guess that's just what old women from Harlan do.

It is apparent that Ring'Em Up has gotten a hold of a bad batch of loco weed. He is clearly wrong with his "facts" including his declaration of the Yankees as "AL Champs". I assume he is a fan of the aged Clinton so actual facts are of no real relevance.
However, I guess the secret is out and Ring'Em Up has discovered that Harry Rex Vonner and I are actually identical twins living with stipends from the NRA and the Republican National Committee. Or, on the other hand, maybe Ring'Em Up just isn't nearly as perceptive as he thinks.

Now, since I tended to hit the nail on the head in regard to the "debate" featuring an aged and cackling woman, a more aged socialist, and three potted plants, I'll look into my empty bottle of Basil Hayden and further predict as follows:
1. Nothing will be learned from Mrs. Tony Weiner.
2. The Republicans will overplay (according to the media) their hand in questioning Clinton and she will be heralded as a most sympathetic figure.
3. The Democrats on the committee will spend their time filibustering about Clinton as either Joan of Arc or Eleanor Roosevelt (Remember: Hillary claims to talk to old Eleanor and the husbands of both have/had "roving eyes" that didn't stop with looks.).
4. Trey Gowdy and the others will blow a lot of air and accomplish nothing.
5. Hillary will arise from her ordeal as a most honorable, capable, and beloved figure- at least to the media.
6. Poor Republicans fail to grow a backbone and fail again.
