Second straight week that Knox Central will be watching blurs pass them on the football field.

Central's offense is not nearly as advanced as Bryan Station's is right now, but their Defense is better than the unit that just stalwarted them this weekend.

Southwestern isn't in the same class or even close in terms of speed and athletes.

With that said, Southwestern is one darn good team and very well coached.

Im gonna say it will be closer then some expect, but still going to to Central. 35-21. I went to the Knox and Bryan station and I truly believe knox is better then what they showed. When everything gels together look out.

Glad to see so many take the opportunity to voice their doom and gloom for KC. Look - we could go 4 and 6 this year and still win district and 3 games in the playoffs. Our schedule is that tough. Enjoy your weekly bashing of a team that will only get better. :popcorn:

You have never been a fan of KC. But your obvious disdain for KC this year seems particularly venomous. What have you seen that leads you to believe KC is so terrible?

If you saw the 7 on 7s' this year - we won. If you saw any of our practices our numbers are up and the size and speed factor is good too. We have a great senior class with several kids who have played since 1st grade.

Sure, we failed to pummel Pineville due to dumb penalties. And Bryan Station, who time will tell, is an excellent 6A team drubbed us. But aside from those 2 weak data points what possible evidence is there that we are "awful"?
