What is your take on all this it is starting to stink. Galloway got hosed because it appears the principal husband don't like him. Boazeman is not going to turn this around he has never been on a winning team I don't think.

I will support whomever they hire. I agree Galloway got hosed, he got talked into taking the job when no one else wanted it, now those same people fire him. Bozeman was an assistant on the 7-3 team in 2009. As far as I know that is the only winner he has been associated with unless one of those 1st years at Whitley Co.:popcorn:

1 winning season at Whitley in 5 years with them. 7-5 in 2012 I think.

Boazman was not an asst. On the 2009 team That was Matt stiltner, Marc Jones, Jamie Payne and Stephens. No winning season ever for Boazman. The word from People very Close to The program is Eric the Principal husband coached This group In Middle School, He saw early Galloway and Payne were Not going to Give him a Signficant part of The Team so last Year Payne goes bye, bye this year Galloway goes Bye, Bye, coincidence? No, I Bet most of Bozeman Staff is Privett's Middle School Staff Coming up Two are Already there. Galloway got back Stabbed! Now that there Is a Little Talent And a independent Schedule They Kick him to The Curb.

I was also told Quality coaches have inquired about the Position with the Principal and AD and told to Wait until the position opens. I Guess that is a lie. If I am Wrong in any of This I will Apologize and retract everything I have Said. I played Here under Gay and Boazman. I Want to See it Succeed but It won't With This Mindset. PM me and Set the Record straight and I will Retract Everything I Said and Will not Cite my Sources. From What I am hearing And Seeing Though I think I am Right.

All these negative post and the people in McCreary County wonder why football is not successful. The kids read these message boards, and all they see is mostly negative comments. GO RAIDERS! and prove these negative people wrong, who ever the coach is.

People that are requesting the administration take the program seriously are not being negative. They are voicing their desire for the program to improve. Football in McCreary hasn't been successful for an abundance of reasons, but I would put people posting for change at the bottom of that list.

Jellico just hired a former College football player and Collee Coach young Guy and We can't do better than what She has Hired? It Starts When the Community Demand's the upgrades and Head Coach Cellking speaks of. Have we ever had a Head Coach that has Won a District as a Head Coach or even an Assistant? Boss Man why you keep bringing Coach Gays name up. I think you like Him.hh: If you are goning to talk about him get facts right. He was at McCreary 2 times total of 9 years. Started football at McCreary won 3 games 1st year. Total win in 9 years is like 23. Other 7 Coaching tenures the won like 23 in 19 years. It is plane to see which record is best.

That stuff is water under the bridge. Old History. Bozeman is the New Coach, Privett will be helping him. I will support both and hope we get a change at the top and program can move forward. Like they say haters will hate. :moon:

My Grandson played for him, have no problem there. I Wish them and rest of the staff good luck. If Coach Gay can help in anyway other than Coach He will help. After his basketball program has done a death spiral now he is just so ingrained in that mentality that he has an obsession to drive it all the way out, like pulling them out of the district. If he is not gone soon there will be no football program.

We are asking for a Competent Head coach, It is Unlikely we will Complain if they Make a Hire that People can Support, Why can't you Understand that. We complain for a Reason, Heck even Jellico got a Former College coach and best We can do is Get Middle School Coaches and former 5-25 Coaches. How many People have wanted to Apply who are from good programs That get Lied to and Told to Wait until the Job opens and it Never Does? Bozeman is a Good coach but he has had one Winning season in all His years of Coaching 7-5 At Whitely as an Asst. He has Already been the Head coach and it did not work out He went 5-25 why go down that road again. Name Me one Coach we have Hired that Has had A pedigree our Kids deserve? Name one Head coach we ever had that won a district title At McCreary or Somewhere Else Before We Hired Them? If We were to Recycle Coaches at Least Gay made the Program Respectable until the Administration ran Him off. Someone Should have Called him. It is Clear someone has an Agenda. We All Know who.

I Like Boaz He is Hard Working, Kids Do love Him but hard to See How this is Gonna turn The program around. He Has Been a Coach for what Seems like 25 plus Years and has Been part of Only one Winning Team 7-5 as Asst at Whitley But He is a Good man So I support Him but Now He is gonna Have The Principal's Husband on Staff, Watch your Back Carefully Coach this Could end Badly for You Again. That Is all Good but is This Right? Husband of the Principal on Staff? Also No One will Argue about Boaz being a Good Man but We Have Been Down This Road, I was told By Mulitple People some Solid winning Coaches inquired About the Job. Coaches with Winning Pedigrees and Championships and Were Told wait For the Job to Open by the Principal. They Were Lied to and Passed Over by a Coach who has Been part of one Winning Team in 25 Plus years of Coaching and Who used to Be Head Coach here. Boaz is Great but This Hire Makes no Sense. Schools do this when they have someone they plan to go with when the job opens up. They can hire Bozeman as the Head Coach, then post a teaching position and after the required time hire Bozeman in that position as well.
