I know of a very good proven head coach and he didn't get a call.

Wiz they will plenty getting behind him if he stays DC, just like the past 2 seasons.

Cant say but I will tell you he is a proven winner! SL just doesn't want a football program, or at least the powers that be don't because I promise you his resume against who they hired! I really do feel for the boys at SL and their fans, because I can see with them not even calling the guy for an interview that they don't give a crap about the kids or football.

Sometimes a person just don't fit in at certain places no matter how good a coach.
Sometimes a coach has baggage with them, if you have been to more than a.FEW schools then sometimes that's a problem, like if they are so good then why didn't the school keep them

At least you guys went through an interview process! Chris Larkey is not an old man by any means, but he has more coaching experience than Corbin, Clay, Lynn Camp, and South's coach combined. Haddix will do well with the Hounds, these other guys though make you raise an eyebrow.

What the hell is so funny? Burdine is a good coach talent at SW left when he was dc now it is back with french. French should have kept Burdine. Burdine will get SL on track. They will win their district two years from now mark it down

I don't know Burdine all I know is his lack of experience. I was just commenting on your record prediction. I don't know burdine but I know south. He won't have any backing by the admin and it's hard to get the best athletes out. I just think it's crazy to think there will be that big of a turnaround in year 1.

Your good in my book big blue, he has more exp. than people think. not a lot but enough. Maybe I am being overly realistic , okay sl will go 4-6 :trolldad2:

If Burdine wants to get SL on track to compete with North and the teams in his district he needs to learn how to be a head coach. I may be mistaken but who was he an apprentice to that is a credible coach? Good luck to him and his players except when they play the JAGS!!
