I would but it's time to knock this stuff off and move on to next week because I can assure you Pikeville Football will be back next year just as strong and so will Paintsville as they bring everyone back.
Agreed. With what Paintsville and Fairview return, coupled with what Raceland returns(and looses), next year's district race will be a fun one! So glad for the the Paintsville program. You're most certainly right TB. Paintsville was due.

SB, I still think the district is the toughest 1A in the state and Friday night gives that street cred no doubt. See you guys again Friday and that awesome consession stand

Absolutely. Have a safe trip down and good luck to u all. Im sure its goina be a great ball game. Expect our best. You all have been my sleeper team this year and looks as if you may have finally woke up. That turnaround was nothing short of amazing. You all owned the lined of scrimmage in the film I watched and played better defense than any Tiger team has in probably 10 years. You definitely have the states attention, not bc of the win, but bc of going on the road and winning in such a dominating fashion. Goina be a great ball game and a great atmosphere.

But otherwise, the school is on my mind maybe less than 1 time in any year. No crow at all to eat, my only reason for posting is I find it ludicrous for a supporter of that school to have the nerve to talk about Pikeville or a kid who transfers to Pikeville WITHIN THE RULES while they have a documented history of having been caught cheating up there.
Who said that I was from that school on the hill or supporter. I'm not, I live in your beloved metropolis. I attended Pikeville and my loyalties are not FOREVER.
You by all means should know what assuming does. That has already been evidenced....LOL.
And transferring within the rules, you have that one down don't you. Yes, I heard they got caught and Pikeville didn't. Check your sources, Pikeville had people out chasing kids from PC with their transfer papers in their pockets.
And I don't think about that school on the hill either, but I do that one that sits on the riverbank and every time that I go by I hold my nose. I call it as I see and if offends you sorry, get over it.

Thanks for not just simply discussing the points being made in adult like manner when you have nothing to stand on with the exception of just not liking Belfry fans. I went back to the Danville/Betsy Layne thread and there was a Betsy Layne fan "whining" over the loss. Out of the two Betsy Layne fans on the boards 1 of them was complaining. You did not even post in it. hh: You would rather troll other peoples threads than to even respond to "YOUR" own teams thread.:thatsfunn I still say you have a crush. Which player is he, I know alot them. I may be able to hook you up!
No, it's not my only comeback. I can tell by your post that you were insulted by the fact I thought you were a female. It was honestly a mistake. I had never heard a male, much less a grown man, use the phrase "just saying". I thought by your choice of words and tone that you were a teenage girl offended about a post about her boyfriend's team. Once I realized you were a grown man, I had to laugh. Once again, my mistake.

nicker: I even laughed at that one. I guess us older guys use terms like that. That, or I've heard my kids say it too much. If you say it was an honest mistake then I guess I'll have to take your word for it. But offended I wasn't, just thought you were trying to stir a little and figured I would stir back. I certainly don't take things said on these boards personally. It's all in fun. But, if we are going to discuss the points I made, I would be more than happy to do it in an adult manner. I know there are alot of Belfry haters here and that's cool considering how many Belfry fans are on the site, some can irritate a few, even me. But, most of the Belfry fans are very knowledgeable about their team and give props to most other teams. Just don't understand all the hate for Belfry. To each his own I guess. As far as the discussion, Another Pirate TD said Pikeville came out like Belfry did in the Pikeville game, thinking they already had it won. I don't disagree with that. Pikeville came out and showed them that they didn't. I don't see that as whining. he simply called it like it was. Pikeville may have started believing all the hype an thought they didn't have to play the game. Paintsville proved them wrong. Any team can be beat on any givin night. Mine included! I just didn't see it as whining, and then to throw all Belfry fans into the mix brought me into the post. So, I was not just sticking my nose in it. Just trying to defend the back of the head slap remark, so to speak. Again, I will say, some Belfry fans can and do become overzealous.

Ain't no fun if ya can't talk trash. I use to talk trash all the time. Especially against Breathitt. Absolutely loved riling them up. Hasn't been as much fun last few years them being down and all. I guess the haters pile on the ones on top, atleast in the mountains.

Thank you, I will continue hold my nose. Of course you would say that I was clueless to the situation. But I know the truth and so does the parents of the several of the kids at PC and PHS and probably some at Paintsville.
Pikeville just proved what an assumption can do. Notice I did not say assume, I did not include myself.
And don't base my fate on luck, I operate in the real world.

You actually went back and read the BL/Danville thread? I only read it once. That was the morning after the game. I haven't even read all your responses to me. I just glanced over them.
They are a lot of Belfry fans who get on here and act arrogant and classless and, in my eyes, taint the program's image somewhat. I find their conduct ironic considering Phillip Haywood is the coach there. For the most part I do throw most Belfry posters together.

Gotta love high school football in the mountains! That undefeated season means nothing when it's playoff time. Congrats Tigers on a huge win in a game that I didn't think you had a chance in winning. But you all did, and that's all that matters.
And also Congrats to Pikeville on a great season! Did some amazing things this season.

This one honestly shocked me.
Major props to Coach Chirico. He has brought the swagger back to Paintsville and this win speaks volumes.
For Pikeville's Estep and Carles it has been a pleasure following those two players. Charles improved leaps and bounds from when he was thrown into action early in his career. Estep is probably one of my favorite Panthers to ever follow... a true football player in the truest form.

I wanted to cool off some before posting on here lol...
Some things can't be fully explained but what I do know is Paintsville showed heart all year by hanging in there and they came ready to play Friday and flat-out wanted it more. Paintsville has a school and fanbase that are second to none class-wise so even though this one will sting for quite a while it's still easy to wish the Tigers the best of luck the rest of the way. This Panther fan and tons of others will be rooting for you to bring a championship back to the mountains.
