Congratulations to Prestonsburg! They physically kicked our a** up front dominated us. Frasure is a MAN, and the qb just dont make mistakes. Danville had a bunch of stupid mistakes to lead to 14 early points for Prestonsburg. I think Prestonsburg goes to state this year. Good Luck!

Getting up two scores early is a NICE welcome change !! P-burg had developed a nasty habit of sleepwalking half the 1st quarter. Frasure in the backfield makes the Blackcats tough with a lead.

Prestonsburg looked great tonight, no doubt. But they are not at the top of the region. At least not yet.
That will be decided next week in Robinson Creek. I expect a great game, and whoever lays claim to being on top of the region, will have earned it!

Good quality win by the Blackcats. Frazier, Jarrell and the O-line owned the 2nd half. It is great to see the often maligned 8th district winning the region this year. Prediction for next Friday; 4 referees from the 14 region call the game and throws both teams out of the game and declare Leslie Co. regional champs.

I was lucky enough to be able to see this one and I was very impressed with Prestonsburg. I was standing by the fence and there were a few parents from Danville standing there talking, and they kept saying how they wish that Danville would hurry up and put a running clock on this team because they were freezing and wanted to go home. That was before the game and I thought well maybe their better than everybody realizes. After Prestonsburg started dominating this game I looked but wasn't able to find them. The main thing I was impressed with was Prestonburg's ability to execute and it was clear that every player on that team knew their assignments and was on the same page. If Prestonsburg plays like they did last night, then I can't see anyone beating them before the championship.
