I think LCA will pull this one out. But Im hoping that the Bunnies squeak one out. Always liked the Somorset program.

This is a hard game to pick. I think Somerset has improved since week 1 and if you add Doan to the mix they could be a dangerous team in the playoffs. I can't wait to see how this one turns out.

Hope Doan plays, very unfortunate the way things went down. My grandson was very impressed by the young man,called him a good person and team player. Wish he could have stuck with the Warriors.

I like the way the jumpers battled on Friday. If Doan is eligible this team becomes a factor: Doan and Mcwilliams in the backfield together? Pretty dang good offensively. Could b interesting

2A is a mystery to me I pick my first cousin team where he is an assistant coach at LCA.I pick LCA to beat 1A paintsville and paintsville won. I turn right around the next week and pick middlesboro to beat LCA and LCA won.And now I'm going to pick LCA to beat Somerset this could be good news to Somerset....Just sayin Lol

LCA has been a little up and down all year, due to all the freshman they are playing at their skilled positions, they had some key injuries before they played Paintsville and didn't play very well in the first half, actually played much better in second half of that game. LCA is the healthiest they have been since the first game of season and against Middleboro pretty much dominated that game from start to finish and against somerset should finally be 100 % healthy so look for them to look alittle different. Whitman is the best player in the region at this point and his stats back that up, should be a great game against somerset.

No, the best player in the region just got back to Shs. Would be nice to see him play tomorrow but who knows...

Just received word Doan will suit up tomorrow night. Not sure how big of a role he will play but I'll be excited to see him on the field again in the purple and gold!

If he put's on Purple and Gold he will play, too good to sit. This kid could sit a year and still be best player on field, He is the real deal.:blabbermo

I wouldn't go that far, let em win their first game first before we think about future matchups. He's certainly a huge addition though to be sure.

Jordan played for somerset last year, he transferred but came back due to some very extenuating circumstances, we'll leave it at that. He's a hell of a ball player and an even better kid.

You could add (a healthy) Damien Harris to Somerset's team, and they would still have their "issues." Let's be real. They're 0-7.
With that said, Somerset did at least exhibit the DESIRE to win last week, and they're improving in most spots. LCA is the best team in the district right now, so the the table is set.

You're absolutely right, but I will say that after last week at least we know they have a pulse! Let's see if they can put it together, the pieces are set and they've definitely improved.

Somerset is far from being a world beater. They are Healthy, They have improved. Having Done back is a huge plus. Beat LCA then a Chance to beat Middlesboro and play at Home in the Play-offs a couple times, + been there and done that, make this team dangerous. I would not want to play this team 1st or 2nd round of Play-offs. JMO

Well should be a good game, Sounds like LCA doesn't have much a chance the way some of the people here are talking . Seen Doan play many times and he is a good player hopefully he will not have to sit out this game due to the transfer rules , the five days in pads rule starts when he is ruled eligible regardless if he played at a another school, I hope he plays tonight but once again Whitman is the best player in the region and he will prove it tonight should be a great game
