The Sheldon Clark Cardinals (1-6 - 0-2 District) makes the trip to The Hawks Nest on Buckley's Creek to battle the Pike County Central Hawks (3-4 - 0-1 District).

The Hawks will finally be home after only playing a quarter and half in Week 0 against Whitley County, they've had a very long stretch of 5 straight weeks where they've been on the road.

This game will likely determine the bottom half of Class 3A District 8 with the winner likely gaining the 3rd seed with the loser gaining the 4th seed.

This will also be Pike County Central's Homecoming

What hurt us so bad is our young line but give a few years they will start to get better yea we have had our ups and downs but we jus gotta work hard an we will be at next level one day we actually got a coach who cares now about or program an where its going

I'm eager to see if Seth Conn, the extremely talented freshman will get some snaps at QB in the 2nd half. A preview of years to come.

In order for that to happen tho, the Hawks are going to have to put this one away early which I don't think will be an easy task. Sheldon Clark is gradually improving with each game.
