they are one in the same, thought everyone knew this
Gonna be a wet sloppy mess Friday night, holding into the ball will be key. This ain't Berea or McCreary Central coming to town!!!!

Looking for the Bears to make a statement!

Who else is more special than you?
This thread is :hilarious:
Bears are A better team than they have played, they are subject to break out and play up to their talent level.
I think the open week last week helped us a lot. We should have two RBs back to help out Huff!!

It looks to be a damp football night; just like I like it!!
I'm telling you now Granny they will win this week.
I think you're right!!

Wink

Jake will be back this week Granny. I do know that much.
So will Dylan Cornett. That has to make Bobby Huff feel better!!
Bears and Colonels marching to a showdown
I love my COUGARS, but unfortunately I have to take the Bears by 2 or 3 TD's
tcb Wrote:I love my COUGARS, but unfortunately I have to take the Bears by 2 or 3 TD's

why?
Because he is being HONEST...

I may need to explain that to you and Gut/

How is that being honest? I'm honest as it gets and I honestly dont think the Bears are three touchdowns better than the Cougars this year, especially at Whitesburg. I was curious if something had recently developed to make a Letcher fan think his team is a 3 TD underdog at home

So when Letcher played Berea and a Berea fan said they thought Letcher would win, is that wrong to say?

I know many Harlan Co fans who thought they would lose to Johnson Cent and that team from Tn. Nothing wrong with that.
Tight End Wrote:Harlan, has a great coach! Coach Larkey, is a BIG benefit to any team he is associated with. His record in the sport speaks volumes!!

Mike Holcomb's record and two championship rings speaks volumes as well.
I think Harlan County's record is deceiving because of the teams they played.

I added it up last night for some graphics I was making for the game. The total win/loss record of all of the teams they have beaten them is 25-5.

I think they end up making a game out of this.
I hate to admit that A lot of what gut or Pj posted I agree with, I would like to take it one step farther, I believe that is why KY. is behind most other states in Football. Ky. will have fewer FB players sign D1 scholarships than any surrounding state, by A bunch. You have to coach A passing QB. you can teach A tackle to hand it off in 1 tenth of time. As a matter of fact you would be better off to use your not so very good lineman at QB if he can lead the team, that would free up what is usually your best athlete to run the ball and block for another back to run the ball.

It sure does, very good coach IMO

I'm not surprised that I'm having to explain honesty to you!

Just because someone has a different opinion from you doesn't make them dishonest, for Heaven's sake. He is honest about what he thinks will happen during that game.

I don't think we will win by 3 TDs either, BUT that doesn't make tcb dishonest!
Confusednicker:

If you're curious if something had recently developed at LCC, ask him, but don't accuse him of being dishonest!

Honestly, PJ..you've been hanging around with Gut too much!!!!!

What teams are the 5 losses to?

I know 1 is Bell
Bryan Station
Knox Central
Belfry
Johnson Central
Greeneville, TN

We don't play Bell County until Halloween.
