Bobby Kieth of Clay County has more long term success than any of his closest competitors. He completely dominated the 13th region for years. He has been to the state tournament a zillion times, and has won it once and been runner-up twice. He also turned out quite a few good college players.

i dont know about the mountians or region or anything but i think Henry Webb was needs to be maybe mentioned he won 4 district championships 1 regional championship 1 all "A" regional tourny In about 6 years i think

of this day and age, i would have to say bill mike runyon. fantastic coach. but from what i have heard and read, russel williamson is at the top of the list.
