Could you explain to me exactly how Lawrence County is overrated? No one has said we were going to win state and no one said we were going to win region............heck no one that I know of has even said we would win district
(that will be Belfry). The fact is that we were pretty down for a few years and now we are excited to see the program starting to show some life.
We were an ok team and won a few games last year and we are a little better this year. This program is improving every season (much to your chagrin apparently) and the coaches seem to be whipping the little league and middle school stuff into shape and getting em on the same page and we have some talented kids coming up in the years to come so the future looks bright for the Dawg's whether some people like it or not!

Numbers mean nothing, when the talent pool is down. I hope you are right and they give Lawrence County all they can handle, but based on the first two games, I can't see it happening.

LC is yet to play their best 11 players on both sides of the ball this year. LC would be a very dominant team on both sides of the ball if they would just play their best 11 on both sides of the ball. I don't care who you are, if it is a freshman who is better than the senior, I'm playing the freshman. I don't care about loyalty, I care about winning and seeing the best on the field. Speed is everything in sports today. Play your speed and you will win.
