Bell County @ Middlesboro 9/12

It's that time again. Middlesboro and Bell strap it up. Middlesboro played a heck of a game without Pittman. They look like they're starting to get it rolling. Predictions on this game?

Lets keep the focus on the game and not how bad the administration is at Middlesboro. I am tired of reading about the Middlesboro Super.

I think Bell wins this one, but Middlesboro's running game does put some points on the board.

Middlesboro will put some points on the board you Pineville folks only saw one half of our running game.. Our leading rusher from last year only played like 5 mins of that game.. LOL.. Man I can't wait until friday..

I can't get over how one county can have so much talent in it. Middlesboro and Bell both are loaded with talent and Pineville is loaded for a single A school they will win a lot of ball games this year good luck to all three, Bell wins this one in a close battle since it played at Middlesboro it will be a good ball game.:flame:

Yeah worked out pretty good... Sry Pittman will still playing against Bell... I know how when you hear that it has to hurt abit considering he and barton ran it down Bells throat last year...

It will be a great week in Bell County with this great rival. Not making a prediction on game, but it will be the first real game that either team has played. Really first test for both..

Same thread but not same result. This time jackets will be facing a full grown team of Bobcats. Last year was the youngest team Bell has put on the field plus they had a bunch of injuries. Much like Middlesboro the 2 years before were very young. Will be a great atmosphere.

I respect the fact that Pittman is a stud and an excellent running back, and I understand that he only played a few minutes against us. However, Bell's maturity, strength, and defense isn't the same as Pineville's or Middlesboro's, just as Pineville's maturity, strength, and defense wasn't Middlesboro's. I may be wrong on the score, but I think after Friday nights game is over at Middlesboro, anyone who was in question will see the truth, and the truth will stand over everything. I hope it's an injury free game for all involved. Bell wins this one!!!

Yeah I dont think Middlesboro has dropped off none since last year just started out a little slow... And Bell is much improved... Either way I can't wait I hope its as good as I think it's going to be... And yeah very true hopefully its an injury free game I hate hearing that about any of these kids... It just upsets me when these ppl like gut get on here saying its gonna be 4 or 5 td game when they haven't even seen either team play...

Oh I can accept it. They flat out suck on defense and Bell whipped them up front.

Same will happen with Mboro. Whitley has nothing to do with this thread. If you want to get into a pissing contest on "your team sucks more than mine" than your talking to the wrong guy.

Same will happen to Mboro??? Just like last year? Boy them Bell boys must have lifted non stop since last year.. I guess the Middlesboro boys havn't done anything none of them has gotten any faster, stronger, or a higher football iq now that over half the team is seniors... Those bell sophomores are manchilds.. Boggles my mind at how the same exact teams played last year and you ppl act like we already lost 20 seniors last year..

You lost your most important asset in your coach.
Don't forget last years game was delayed.

Im just giving you a heads up. Ill be surprised if Mboro hangs within 3 TD's of Bell. Just my opinion, take it for what its worth.

I guess we all have are opinions... I just can't get the logic.. Maybe Bell will shock me though maybe they are that good... I can't wait I really think its gonna be the best bell vs mboro game in years.. As far as the coach yes I agree.. Last year Frazier ran the ball constantly and I've noticed this coach likes to pass.. He still runs the ball but he passes more than Frazier did... Like I said on an earlier post if Middlesboro runs the ball like they should and Bell runs like they did on Whitley I think this could be a huge offensive explosion on both sides and fun to watch..

A rivalry as old as Cane and Able a game that means nothing and everything. Middlesboro and Bell co both return just about everyone. Middlesboro has two great athletes in Barton and Pittman. Bell has a offensive and defensive front that's dominated this year with a host of backs that can play. Anything less than a regional title will be a disappointment for both teams.

Wow you ppl have lost it... Middlesboro lost practically nobody at the key positions... Does Bell have a freshman that I dont know about... Or did someone transfer there that I havn't noticed... You ppl are delusional... Man Ill be glad when Friday gets here to get this over with... Of course the Bell fans think this hell they would call it running clock in the 2nd against belfry lol...

This is a hard one to call. We all know that Bell is better this year and they ended the year last year very strong. MB won this game last year but I will take Bell but not by as much as some people on this thread think.

Just to mention a few.......
Austin Poindexter- starting WR/OLB. Biggest big play receiver
Donnie Foister- DB/WR/QB. Caught td pass last year. Took over at QB
Tyler Prater- OL/DL. One of the best OL in the area arguably the state.
#22- not real sure what happened to him?

Should be a good game for a quarter. But bell flexes there muscles and pulls away in the next 3. OL/DL to much for jackets.
