It was a great game and an intense one to watch. The leading scorer for PC was Kayla Lowe with I think 28 total points and Shea Deskins led for Belfry.

congrats lady pirates .......i think pcchs has improved very much they lead by 6 with 110 on the at the half the butcher took kayla lowe and haley ratliff out and they ended up being up by only 2. hannah thomphson and kayla lowe both fouled out and butcher had no one to put in but his 2 8th grade jv player who can not handle pressure very well.marybeth and ???? foulded out for belfry. so belfry beat 4 eighth graders 2 sophmores and 1 junor

pike central lead by 6 then butcher took out ratliff and lowe out with 1:00 left and by half time they only lead by 2.belfry beat pcchs who was leading until 2 or 3 of his starters fouled out he put in 3 eighth graders and one freshmen and one junior but congrats belfry a win is a win and a lose is a lose

Congratulations Belfry.

I believe this game was so close because of Lowe's inside game. Belfry really doesn't have an inside game from what I seen, and no one that can really match up with Lowe.

But good job Belfry for keeping your composure and pulling out the win.

3 of Belfry's starters fouled out, only 2 of PC's did. Butcher tried to put Ratliff back in earlier than he did, but she shook her head no at him and would not go back in until later. It doesn't matter which players Belfry defeated, they still won and clinched the #1 seed in the district with that win. Great job Belfry!

I saw the same thing Phoenix when Butcher tried to put Ratliff back iin the game sooner and she refused. Seems he has no discipline either.

was you at this game b/c if not then stop assuming stuff...it is sad when you go off and assume shi* if you was at this game then you would know that Todd Duff was refing, this game was called poorley on both sides and that wasn't why the game was close has it not hit you that just maybe Pike Central is actually a good ball club...you are so LAME...

The reason Ratliff shook her head no was because she had hurt her ankle. She is even sitting out in some of the practices from what I've been told. She wasn't being disobedient; he patted her knee to ask if she was ok to go back in and she simply shook her head no. :Hammer3:
