I see Shawn Ousley at Center, Ryan Baldwin at right guard, Daniel Pennington at right tackle, Ethan Ward at left guard or Mason Meek, and at left tackle Jerrad Willis or Cody Castle. Defensively I think Chase Richardson will start Left Tackle, maybe Ethan WArd at noseguard, and Ryan Baldwin at Right tackle. Craig Hampton at one end, Shawn Grimm at another, Micheal Tackett at MLB, Blake Johnson as a outside LB and Nathaniel from LC as the other OLB

They have to replace the left side of the starting five from last years state leading rushing team. Howard's position at LG will likely be Meek or Ward, Blanton will be replaced by a Willis who got PT last year at LT. Anchoring the team will be big Ousley, the leader on this line this year will be Baldwin-best lineman at RG and Pennington/Ward will split time at RT. Last year Johnson Central had the best offensive line in the mountains and possibly the best in the state. Lets see if these replacement are ready to step in and fill the positions of the 3 excellent seniors that left the team.

I agree...the replacements will have some big shoes to fill. I hope they are willing to come out and give 110% because that is what the team needs to play as good as last years. Playing as a team is so so important.

Ously will be at Center and Baldwin at Right tackle. JARROD WILLIS will start at left tackle and Meek wil be at the left guard spot. Most likely Ward will be at the right tackle spot. Biggest problem will be getting Meek stronger and Ward to move a little faster! :BigLaugh:

Lets see we i will have wilis, ryan, ousley, richardson, and idk bout the last spot could be a few diffrent people. I still say no matter who starts the big boys will say lets run the ball nad creat another 1000 yard rushing season for their RBs

If the Dials kid is able to play for JC this year he will be hard to beat out on the D-side of the line .If he gets an even chance and he doesn't win a starting position on the D side of the ball then that tells me you all will be really good this year and MAYBE go deep in the play off's I know every body down there is really big on your coach but to me he hasn't won the big one yet . Just like Chuke I think he is a really good coach but he too would al ways choke in the big game I have seen lesser teams beat us in the play off's and for that I think the coach should take the blame.

I believe we have several spots that are not forsure as of right now. They could go either way. We have so many talented players.

With the lineman that JC already has I can't see either of these two starting for JC. They might get to play some maybe

Ousley at Center, Baldwin & Lowe at Guards, Willis at one tackle spot and whoever steps up at the other.

Willis will have to step it up big time in the weight room in order to start next year.
#27
the starting lineman will be ryan baldwin at guard and mason meek at guard and shawn ousley at center and danil pennington and cody lowe at tackle. i dont think that jared willis will step it up to start this will be the starting line up for 06-07.

Wow i just cant see how you would put castle in instead of W. Preston. For that matter i cant see how you would put in M. Meek and IMO Ward is defensive. And you have to think that lowe has the skill and strength to play for JC
#29
Willis WILL start at tackle because he is the best lineman we have behind of Baldwin.

Am I talking to Tony Burchett or Jim Matney? I'll tell you the ones who will play.
The ones that bust their butt's every day in the weight room and out there on the field and in the class room. Ask anyone Tony Burchett is fair. if he see's you in the weight room in during school or after school  He's gonna notice  that you want to play and have the desire to play and you are just not a hamburger eater. We will have some what of a general ideal who will start after spring practice.
