or away, or on a neutral court.

Perry wins this game, then they can do damage at the Sweet 16.

I think this will be a better game than some may think. If PCC can hold everyone in check and let Gilbert get his(he is going to anyways). I don't think they have anyone that can guard Johnson.

^ Tony Martini.

What time is this game?

I like Martini cause he plays very hard but I think his size will hurt him against Johnson. Johnson should be able to rise up over him and score. I guess we will see! Never know!

I would say 7:30

Scott Co by 15-20.

I don't think they will play in the Sweet 16.
Gotta knock off the king Knott first.
They may not even make it out of the district

Johnson will get his points but Scott Co wins by 10+.

This game makes no sense to me for Perry. Just now getting your team back together and you want to go to one of the toughest places in the state to play. If they needed a game they could have picked any number of places. Also they play very few home games anymore for their home fans. I used to think it was a scheduling wrinkle but year in and out they play only a small number of home games. Check out their schedule only a small number of true home games year in and out. This may work out for them but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. You don't see Hicks picking up games on the road at the last minute in tough places. The truth stands when all else falls. Brother Cecil.

Brother,
You get better when you play away from home. Perry normally don't lose at home, because of the cooking that goes on there. Playing all home games is not making them better.
I now have more respect for Hoskins for scheduling this game. He is trying to finally get the Commies back to Rupp and over that Knott hole.

I don't disagree w/ what your saying but have you every tried to pick up a home game when your PCC! Not trying to sound cocky at all. I'm sure KCC, HHS and Cordia are having the same problem. Nobody wants to come and play especially the local teams. PCC tried to get Scott to come here but you know that ain't happening. They have to get some games in someway!! I wish they would just play games like this all the time. District don't seed anyways so play all the Louisville and Lexington schools you can. Only make them better at tourney time.

IMO picking up a game on the road against Scott County is a great idea.
Playing tough competition is never a bad idea.
Perry will play @ Scott County this week
They will play @ Hazard next week
The will play @ Knott the week after
They will play @ Cordia the week after that
Then they go play District @ Hazard
I think they are going to learn a lot about themselves in the next month.

Agree Zaga!! It's not a district or region game so it's not that big of a deal.

I have respect for him also but they have only played about 4 home games all season maybe 5 their schedule only shows 8 home games all season with several already cancelled. I know you get better when you play tough games on the road but some of these teams need to reciprocate. My point was that for the past several seasons they are only scheduling about 8 or 9 home dates a year out of about a 30 game season. Also prior to Knott's recent success they had not had a regional winner since 1993. The truth stands when all else falls. Brother Cecil.

From the 7th to the 13th they play Scott, Hazard, Southwestern, Hopkinsville, Knox Central on the 11th and Knott Central on the 13th all on the road. A schedule difficult for anyone. Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

It's money. PCC will be paid handsomely by SCHS to come to Scott County tomorrow.

How much do you think?

They also play @ Southwestern Feb 8th & they play Hipkinsville @ Joe B Hall classic in Montgomery County on Feb 9th. Brutal stretch coming up for PCC. We shall see how good they are real soon!

Rojas, I'm hearing they getting a free meal out of the deal. At least they should kiss them b4 they drive all that way to get screwed, lol.

I'm just giving you a hard time about getting screwed, lol. I'm being serious when I say they are only getting a free meal from what I'm being told.

I know they were paying Bell Co a bunch of $$ to come up. PCC took Bell's place so I ASSUMED PCC would get the same great deal.

You may be right but that's not what I was told. I was told a free meal but something could have changed!! PCC just needs games. Hopefully it will be worth the drive to watch!
