Wow. Heard murray had zero passing yards and retained the ball for over 35:00 .. playing cc during reg season helped murray win this game.. way to go murray ! With all that said murray is a very solid team.. will be rootin the tigers on vs desales

Hey Caldwell, welcome to our world! Sounds like a mirror image of Owensboro Catholic game last weekend...we could move the ball down the field at ease only to self destruct within 10 yards of the goal line. Houston Hartz threw for 450 yards against Murray... I've smiled all season reading how awesome Caldwell is, their QB is all world, etc etc... only to have Murray crash the party. OCath has lived that nightmare two years in a row as #1 in '11 and '12 and then again this year. Caldwell, we know how it feels. Murray, congrats, you're a giant killer again this year.

Such a different tone from dreamkiller. I guess it's hard to talk with ur foot in ur mouth. Told u there are no guarantees, especially when ur defense is that bad. NCC was clearly the best team in 2A in 11, and they were at home listening to holy cross win it all. Try being a little more modest next season, see if that works.

This has to be the most unexpected result of the year though. I too, will be rooting for Murray the rest of the way. I however now think that DeSales is this years 2a state champs.

DeSales is my pick, too. They were only averaging about 80 yds a game passing going into last night's game vs CAL, but they are the team to beat.
