What would be the first thing you would do?

I would insist that my wife pick me up in an RV. We would spend an unusually long amount of time in the prison parking lot.

And 25 years from now it may involve Viagra nicker:.

Second, eat a good meal. Third, goto the beach for a couple weeks!

Ok here goes, I did have a 3 night stent in prison....... Let me explain.

In September of this year, my wonderful career sent me to Hazelton, WV. for a 3 day, regional training course at a newly opened prison. I stayed 3 nights in a housing unit... no tv, using inmate showers, sleeping in a cell, eating inmate food. It was miserable.

Our last night there.... we went out to Morgantown and hung out for a few hours...... I ate 3 plates full at Schmitt's Saloon (The big fullback Owen Schmitt that played for WVU) not to mention stopping at a gas station and buying about every pack of skittles they had.

On my way back home.......... it felt like I had been gone for a year. Thank God we came back on a Friday night so I could watch my JC Golden Eagles play some football.

The same thing I have done every single time I get back to civilization after a long stint away, and that is go and buy the best cheeseburger around with a side of fries. That's all I need, lol. It's become a sort of tradition for me.

Probably after 25 years, I would take a shower. Cause I sure wouldn't have taken one while locked down. I would never be accused of dropping the soap.:biggrin:nicker:
